It was my husband’s birthday so I booked us both a back, shoulder, head and face massage. It was our first time visiting the City Retreat Jesmond and we will definitely be booking again. It so incredibly relaxing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous experience. The treatment room was a calming atmosphere and the technician was very warm and welcoming and communicated clearly what to expect, as well as asking what level of pressure I preferred. The massage itself was so relaxing and I felt comfortable throughout.

The cosiest place to be on a wintery day. As always the welcome was warm..my massage was relaxing and tailored just to me and how I was feeling that day. The facial left me feeling like a new women. Keep on doing it just the way you always have.

I had the Intense Cleansing Body Massage (Lime & Ginger Body or Fangipani) and
Elemis Expert Touch Renew 40 minute Facial at the City Retreat in Jesmond this morning and feel like I’m floating. This was be far the best experience I’ve had when having a massage, scrub, and/or facial! I had Imogen as my therapist and she really knows what she’s doing. I feel relaxed, my skin feels amazing and all the tension has gone. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back

This was my second visit to City Retreat, and once again, I had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is so cosy and relaxing, and the massage was absolutely amazing. The staff are professional and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Nadine did an incredible job on my facial and massage! Super attentive and checked all of the ingredients used in very facial product to ensure none of the items contained anything I was allergic too! Was very considerate of a personal requests and delivered an amazing facial and massage!
