My Neom treatment from Emma was amazing she listened to what my body needed and made sure I had a relaxing tranquil experience leaving me floating on air and having amazing nights sleep.

Maddison gave an excellent massage; the pressure was absolutely perfect and left me feeling refreshed and relaxed.

My therapist was fantastic and explained everything in detail before each treatment while also checking on me throughout each too so I got the best experience possible I had a hot stone message and LED facial treatment I'll be booking again!

My 3rd Spa Day and I had a wonderfully relaxing and pampering experience. I love the candle-lit Spa room with steam room and sauna. The fresh fruit and juice is a lovely touch too. The afternoon tea was fresh and tasty, and all the staff are friendly and professional. My therapist Sienna was just amazing...I had the best massage I\'ve had in ages, and really enjoyed my facial, mani and pedicure. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you Sienna for making my day so special. I\'d highly recommend the Spa and already looking forward to going back.

Had a fabulous massage today by Emma M. I wanted a back massage but I had abdominal surgery 6 weeks ago and didn’t want to lie on my front, so Emma did the massage with me lying on my side. A very skilled therapist, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and get the most out of my massage. A very healing experience.

I had a lovely facial plus scalp, neck & shoulder massage by Helen. She made me feel relaxed, instantly de-stressed and revitalised! My skin was hydrated and glowing after the facial.

I had a five hour Heaven Scent package and it was really wonderful. I loved the private time with loungers, wet and dry saunas, fruit and juice both before my massage and facial and after...and the tea in that second window was so nice. I really appreciated being given an option for sandwiches too . I\'m looking forward to booking another package next time I visit Newcastle.
