I had a ' mermaid' pedicure and I'm so pleased with it. Friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. The 'mermaid' is the colour varnish!

The massage therapists are great and offer a variety of massages. True healers . The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Everything is very clean and well maintained. It enhances the quality of life, because you benefit from this long and beautiful experience.

I was here by chance. It has very nice ambience, attentive service, professional advice and treatment.

I was bought a gift voucher from a dear friend and having never been to the salon before I didn't know what to expect. Trust me when I say Im coming back. The salon looks very professional and I had great service from the moment I walked in. Toni was my therapist and she was superb. She gave me great advice on an injury and I felt she was genuinely interested. She gave me a very firm massage but thats exactly what I wanted. I hate looking forward to a massage and its just a 30min tickle, what a waste of time and money that is! I was totally ironed out at the end of it and after a few care instructions post treatment I was on my way a very happy client. Cannot rate it enough and I'll be sending friends there way. Keep it up girls as its appreciated!

I originally chose Cloud Nine because it was within easy walking distance of home. I, now, would not change because of the friendliness of the staff, both reception and beauticians. The 'girls' who have treated me have been professional, capable and knowledgeable. Even when 'my' girl has left (usually for maternity reasons!) my 'replacement' has been excellent - I need never be concerned about changing practitioners. My treatments are 'my time' and I love every moment!! (and my feet are beautiful!!)
