Trying a new salon is always a bit nerve-wracking, but I was immediately put at ease by how lovely and open Kelly was. She really took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. Collections Hair Salon is easily the nicest salon I’ve ever been to—beautifully designed, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in.
I am absolutely over the moon with how beautiful the colour turned out. It’s clear that Kelly is not only talented but also incredibly passionate about her work. She explained everything she was doing throughout the process, which made me feel confident and cared for. I left the salon feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with the results. I can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful time at Collections Hair Club. I’m neurodivergent and the team accommodated me so brilliantly. It was a calm and relaxing experience having my hair washed—the massage chair was the cherry on top! Then, Daniel knew exactly what to do with my hair and I can genuinely say with hand on heart that I am so pleased with the result. I left the salon with a terrific boost in my confidence. I will certainly be coming back again soon!

Silvia, you were brilliant. I was really nervous about the hairstyle I wanted but your approach was reassuring and the results were better than I expected! I’ve always hated fringes but now I’d definitely get one again. All the staff were professional and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend this place.
