Vicky was incredibly professional, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The results were beyond anything I could have hoped for. She genuinely made me look and feel like a human again! My hair looks and feels amazing, and I left the salon with so much more confidence than when I walked in.

Chloe was absolutely incredible. Took the time to listen to me and understood what I wanted! I have never felt so safe to speak to someone about my hair, yet alone ask to fix something if it isn’t exactly how i envisioned it!! I have only cut my hair in Asia for the past 4-5 years since I had a few bad experiences with people cutting my hair in the UK, but Chloe made such a safe environment for me and I cannot appreciate it enough. She also went above and beyond by helping me prepare my hair for donation, of which she most definitely didn’t need to do but did. The level of customer service was one of the best I’ve ever had! Thank you so much for the incredible haircut Chloe! I will so be back soon x
