When l first met Jeanne in her salon one Saturday, l had the pleasure of being met by her rather cheeky but very vocal dashund ! I decided to visit Jeanne’s salon after having an unfortunate and unsatisfactory hair highlighting treatment which had taken place at my home.As it was so near to my daughter’s upcoming wedding, l was feeling rather anxious as to how to proceed. Immediately upon talking to Jeanne and explaining what had happened, l was put very much at ease and she took time to explain how she could rectify things The upshot of all this is that after much time,patience and knowledge on her part along with chatting and laughter on both sides, I left the salon a great deal happier than l had entered! Jeanne,you are a credit to your trade and it was a delight to get to know you .Thankyou SO much for your help. Will definitely be back!

Another fab haircut by Jeanne as always but this time extra special as waited so long for this day. Thanks to Jeanne for making me feel not only great when I walked out of the door but also in these times Jeanne has put so much thought, effort, hard work and expense into keeping us all safe it was just a fab experience today. After 18 weeks of growth my hair had no style whatsoever! Jeanne has worked miracles! I am delighted with my haircut. Jeanne is a real artist! Went to see Jeanne, who i normally see to have my hair done, this time however my visit was a little unusual as i needed to see if she could help remove Skin glue from my hair after an operation, as i couldn't even get a brush through it! In typical Jeanne fashion she did some research, we tried some options and with a bit of patience... Voila! Love her x
