Hairstyling I recently visited your salon as a first-time client for an up-do hairstyling appointment. Upon arrival, the initial stylist assigned to me (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) informed me that she lacked experience with hair up-dos and recommended another stylist for the service. However, as the other stylist was unavailable at the Newington location, a different stylist became my stylist. My stylist was exceptionally approachable and kind, making my experience enjoyable. However, during the appointment, she also sought assistance from the initial stylist, indicating a lack of expertise in this area. While I appreciate their collaborative effort, it highlighted that the team may not have the specialised skills required for the service I requested. In my experience, pricing often reflects the stylist’s expertise. Given the circumstances, I believe the price should have been adjusted to align with the experience level of the stylists involved.
