Arrived feeling frumpy, left feeling glam! I hadn't been in a salon for over a decade for various reasons. I made a last minute decision to book as I was fed up of my hair and I couldn't have chosen a better salon or stylist. Liv listened to what I wanted but advised me where I wasn't sure and she has done a great job on my hair. I felt pampered and looked after throughout and am so pleased with the result. Nervous client Firstly I am super OCD about my hair making me a nightmare for any hairdresser. Liv took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She is an excellent colourist and matched the tones in my hair to exactly what my request was. Cut and blowvdry I was greeted by a warm smile and made to feel welcome. Rachel helped me to decide on what was needed for my hair. I had a lovely back massage whilst having my hair washed and my scalp massaged. I left the salon feeling very relaxed and happy. My thanks to the team. Amazing transformation She did an amazing professional job. My hair color what I choose wasn’t easy and she achieved much better how I expected. The color is fully matching with my warmer face tone. She proofed her skills and knowledge, I would recommend to everyone but maybe then I will struggle to book appointment with her.
