This is the best salon that I have ever been to! It is beautifully decorated, clean, and has the most wonderful atmosphere! Lucy is kind, attentive, professional and thorough. She listens to her each and every one of her clients, and gives them the best individual guidance they need. I have been to salons where hair washing and drying can be a bit rough. With a medical condition that makes that painful, it's not pleasant. After explaining this to Lucy, my concerns were quickly cast away! I would HIGHLY recommend Lucy to anyone!!!!

As I was unable to book in with my usual hairdresser I decided to contact Lucy at Diamond Appearance. Being professional, Lucy asked Kira to initially book me in for a consultation, and then booked me in for my appointment with Lucy. On arrival I felt quite apprehensive and excited as I needed a complete colour change and a really good cut. Lucy had to lift a lot of colour out my hair, we persevered and it lifted a lot quicker than she initially thought after doing a strand test. I am really pleased with the result. I cried as I was so happy. Loving my rose gold. Even booked in again to keep it looking fab in 4 weeks to have a treatment and Toner and next appointment after that for my roots to be done. I was given a lovely welcome pack with a lovely thank you note, loyalty card containing my next appointments and a few other little goodies. Such a lovely touch. Thank u girls xx

Had a lovely relaxing time at Diamond Appearance today....Kira gave me a toner, treatment and blow-dry....I'm really pleased with the results...Kira is definately a hairdresser to look out for in the future...she's still learning but she's very good and she has a very positive attitude... .
