Is there a zero star that I submit, Seriously disappointed, and won’t ever be returning

Being many time for my firm , recently booked my wife and little girl for firm and hair cut to my little daughter

Wife said their behavior due to her having hijab and not speaking fluent English and my 5 years old daughter crying not happy with her hair cut she had seeing herself in the mirror
Made their attitude changed a lot

After two hours had to go and pick them up
Came to the counter to pay the money

I was asked for £200 , hell way more than double that I pay each time for 3 time £75 only
Expecting the same today

Upon booking no one talked about it

How the hell can this not be a ripoff

Where it’s £75 each time and todays it’s £150 and £50 for a hair cut for a 5 years kid

Why the hell wouldn’t you tell the customer when booking in and giving an appointment card !!

I then mentioned that it’s not fair and why is it £200

Where I’m a regular customer coming ever 3 months having longer hair and taking me more than 3 hours for firm

She said because she’s a woman !

Seriously ?

A woman !!! Or brown hijab woman with broken English and a little child crying that you couldn’t tolerate

Disgusting experience
A ripoff price , never again

Don’t avoid if you think £200 isn’t a ripoff
And of course this could be the first hijabi woman with a child ever being to while I was the customer thinking my family would be treated the same way as mine

Very friendly staff had my eyebrows done by kendall love them I shall always be coming back.

Came in Jan for a full head of highlights. However the stylist bleached over bleach and my hair all fell off! Will not use again!

Had my hair coloured for my 30th crazy colours and it was epic the girls welcomed me and my crazy colour idea and I felt at ease talking to the staff very amazing service will be going back very soon!

I needed a new hairdresser after mine had a career change, I\'m super nervous about my hair due to bad experiences in the past so it was something I had kept putting off. I contacted Dudley\'s though Facebook and was booked in for a consultation on the same day. I had been booked in with Hayley, who was lovely, she listened to what I wanted, she offered me advice on the colouring and cut. Once I\'d decided what I wanted she asked me if I wanted to make an appointment, it was nice because at no point did I feel pressured to book. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted immediately and didn\'t have to wait, even though I was early. The salon was busy, but was very clean and tidy, all of the staff were friendly. Hayley checked with me again what I wanted to do and got on with it. She worked quickly and precisely, and was really nice and easy to chat with. I was offered drinks often by members of staff. The atmosphere in the salon was really relaxed. When done, my hair looked beautiful, the colour was perfect. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

Relaxing with a latte whilst Hayley performs her magic on my hair. The cut is always fabulous and at my last appointment following Hayley\'s suggestion I tried a new colour BLUE ! I absolutely loved it and it is helping me get my va va voom back after a terrible year. An appointment with Hayley better than therapy
