Not Happy Came in for root & highlights..and it’s come out brown. Was there for hours and I’m not impressed at all with my hair. All the pulling on my hair has caused 3 of my extensions to come out as well!! My hair also wasn’t cut like I’d asked. Consultation I came to the salon a few days ago for a consultation. I've had the same hairdresser for nearly 20 years, but decided it was time for a change as I moved to Ibstock 2 years ago and the journey back and forth to my hairdresser was getting to much. I came across Ella J and was very impressed with all the reviews and I know several people who use the salon and they have said how wonderful it is. Megan saw me for my consultation and she was very helpful and friendly and advised the best thing going forward for my hair. I explained i was a little nervous changing hairdressers as I've used the same one for along time. Megan made me feel at ease and confident that my experience at Ella J will be a positive one. Amazing Managed to book a last minute appointment with Megan for a wash, cut and blow dry and I'm starting to wonder why I didn't come sooner. There was a warm welcome as soon as I came in and a hot drink offered and Megan was very welcoming and friendly. Took the time to listen to what I wanted and my hair feels amazing.
