Excellent haircut experience! I took my daughter, who has special needs, for a haircut, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had. The salon was clean and all the staff were very welcoming. Emily, the stylist who cut my daughter’s hair was incredibly patient, understanding, and gentle throughout the entire process. All the staff are friendly I had a wonderful experience and the therapist was really friendly and helpful and gave good advice regarding my hair colour as I had my hair colour done by someone else and they destroyed it. So when I went to Paul faltricks they managed to fix my hair. This was my 2nd time visiting them and going to be booking them again in few weeks. Highly recommended. Weird consultation... I came here for a haircut and hair dyed, her attitude at first seemed off, then she asks me "why do you want it done?" What a weird question who at a hair salon shop would ask that? I've never been asked that before, I wanted to just leave once she asked me that, never going to come here again, and it's unfortunately because I had a really good haircut there couple years ago...
