Everything went very smoothly and I was given a last minute appointment. Very attentive. I was listened to. The advice was good and the resulting haircut was fabulous .

Ingrid went out of her way to fix my hair not once, but twice!! She listened and cared so much and gave me time and patience when I was having the morning from hell! Thanks for making my hair look so lovely and looking after me. Look forward to seeing you soon xx

Lyla is lovely and friendly and very articulate and professional in her job. Highlights take time and I'm usually very impatient but they were so careful and helpful, even with my parking worries! I would definitely recommend a visit. Plus with a Groupon voucher I paid much less than I usually would, and it was a better service. Jane.
