A big thank you to Ingrid for doing a fantastic job on my new keratin extensions. I was both excited and nervous in equal measure having never had them done before but she put me completely at ease and answered all my questions on how to care for them. I love my new locks and can’t wait to show them off!

Matt was so lovely with my 12 year old daughter who was a little nervous about asking for a haircut she had seen on social media. He was so kind explaining how it could work on her hair and then engaged her in such lovely chatter about Christmas and school. He made her nerves disappear and she was thrilled with the result. Wants to come back & see Matt next time so I’d say that’s a 5* review :-)

Definitely the best salon I have visited in years ! I had really bad wift extensions fitted somewhere else in Hove back in September and Ingrid and Matt basically rescued me. Ingrid gently got my tricky wifts off and I returned to the salon 2 days later to have them refitted it. Matt looked after me and could not have done a better job. He was not just very professional but also very friendly and reinsuring all the way along. He picked and applied the perfect colour for me, fitted the wifts back in, and then cut and styled my hair amazingly. The atmosphere in the salon, unlike some other places that can be a bit “scary”, is very pleasant, all members of staff being very smiling and kind. I will definitely return ! Thank you again !
