As usual, Emily paid close attention to exactly what I wanted done to my hair. She always goes the extra mile to give further advice on how to improve my hair. The salon is generally very clean and the staff are very welcoming, always giving five star treatment to their customers!

Ben did a wonderful job with root touch up a lovely blow dry. Ben is a delight to have do my hair!

As always, Izzy was an absolute delight,, she puts me at ease instantly. I am always blown away with the results and the time just flies with genuine conversation. From the very first time she styled my hair, she encouraged me to push my boundaries from my usual quick trim and let it dry on its own ( years of unruly wavy hair disasters, scarred for life lol), to letting her try new finishing styles, straight is my absolute fave. Izzy is a true credit to the salon and I genuinely look forward to catching up with her.

Your salon is just lovely to come to, in a nutshell. Kindness and being made so welcome is so nice. My stylist shone, is second to none, we got on straight away from day one. We talk about everything and anything, and I only like her to do my hair. Both Paula and Sarah ( shop managers) are always so friendly. I am very pleased with everything.

I am ALWAYS pleased with the way Vicky cuts my hair. I travel from Oxfordshire (typically an hour's drive) to specifically go to her at Francesco's, Cheltenham. That's how satisfied I am. I find her to be professional, very knowledgeable and patient and gives good advice when I need it. We always enjoy an interesting chat during my visit.

Always a treat getting my hair done by Holly. She listens to what I want, offers her advice, then executes my cut to perfection. As well as her professionalism and expertise, Holly is an all round lovely person, who truly cares about her clients.

Always look forward to my hair appointment with Laura. Such a thoughtful, caring lady and a wonderful stylist! All the staff at Francesco are amazing.
