Lovely, friendly welcome. We talked about colours but I've only realised when I arrived home that no 'sample' colours were shown and the finished result is much much darker than expected. I'd also say a little too heavy on the hands and pulled lugs out rather than teased them out and the comb scratched against my scalp and was a bit painful at times. I'm sorry this appears negative but on a positive note, the cut and finish was to a high standard. If I could rectify the colour to the colours I showed then my rating would be higher.

Always a warm, friendly welcome. Never disappointed with my colour or cut. I have total confidence that I’m going to be really happy with my hair after each visit.

She listened carefully to what I wanted and made some great suggestions about what would suit me. They’re both so lovely, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you!

Matt has consistently been fantastic with cutting my hair. As someone who had issues with thinning in the past due to high stress, Matt always gives me an update on how my hair is doing and cuts it in a way that gives me a huge boost to my self esteem. He always walks me through what he is doing and is very thorough!
