Matt is very friendly and totally professional. We talked through what I hoped to achieve with my haircut and he explained in detail how he would go about making that happen. We discussed the colour and condition of my hair and he gave advice about both. He is very relaxing to talk to and I was delighted with the final result. Thank you so much!

Paula has done it again!!! I’d not had an appointment for quite some time and was looking a little “neglected”. Left the salon feeling fabulous. Not only a 5 star hair style but some great laughs along the way too. Thanks Paula.

Matt really listened to what my concerns were about my hairs current condition and style. I do find that sometimes only small changes to a style can still have a big impact. Matt understood what I was aiming for and then suggested the cut and style to suit. What he did struck the right balance with amount of cutting and restyling. He also provided more creative options to build on what he did, if I wanted to consider those at a future date. Well pleased and contented. Visit always pleasant and helpful. Thank you Matt.

Excellent service

I explain what I want doing and Holly is great at understanding this and balancing with what will work best. She has great customer service from start to finish and I enjoy the time she spends doing my hair for me. The end result is always fabulous!

What can I say, other than a big thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding. Beckyw didn’t rush me, she listened to me, and made me feel incredibly comfortable, placing screens around me to protect my dignity whilst clipping my hair, due to chemo. She also cut and styled my wig, which I am very happy with. I can now look in the mirror and see me! I would highly recommend! Can’t thank her enough.
