I’ve been going to Kay for years and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! The best thing is I never even have to explain what I want – Kay just knows. She always gets it absolutely perfect. It was so lovely to see her back at Francesco’s after all these years. The salon has such a welcoming atmosphere, and as always, I left feeling amazing. Highly recommend Kay to anyone looking for someone who truly understands their clients!

When I visit the salon, I am always impressed with the high quality service I receive. The salon is clean and organised and staff are really friendly and welcoming. My stylist Ben, is always very pleasant, attentive, chatty and makes me feel comfortable. Ben is very confident and knows how to cut and style my thick hair and does a wonderful job every time.

Fran was great. she gave me advice on the colour and suggestions to make it even better. I love the pink on blonde! She remembered small personal details and things I liked to make me feel valued. I enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the salon and being part of it. I really felt Welcome. Thank you

I went to Francesco at Nantwich today for my appointment with Vickie. I had a colour with low lights and a cut and finish. My hair looked and felt amazing and Vickie was amazing and professional as always. The staff are all friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. A lovely relaxing environment ... my "me time". Love the ambience, and from receptionist-to-stylist you are made to feel welcome and cared for.

Fran always listens to the end result that I’d like for my colour, and then uses her expertise to achieve it. Brendan blow dries and styles my hair perfectly to suit me. I enjoy my time at the salon as both Fran and Brendan are warm and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble.
