About

Giannasso Hair and Beauty salon was established in 2009 by owner Sergio Giannasso (known fondly as ‘The Hair Whisperer’ by some of his clients) following years of working alongside the very best in the hair and beauty industry both in the UK and in Italy.

Since then it has quickly grown to become one of the top hair salons in Covent Garden and is also one of a few awarded the much-coveted L’Oreal Professional Colour Specialist certificate.

We attribute our success to the skill and professionalism of our stylists, our passion for hair styling and hair care, and to the personal touch that our staffs give to each customer that walks through our door. We believe in giving each customer a bespoke service and maintaining long lasting relationships with them.

    Had a DIY job go badly wrong and Giannosso and his team were so understanding and supportive! Gave great advice as to how to best go about fixing the mess, and did a wonderful job of implementing! Went from orange-blonde to a beautiful chocolate brown and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely be a returning customer!

    My third time at Giannasso and my experience has been brilliant every time. Nina is fantastic, and I am so happy with my cut and colour, it grows out so nicely, it is 100% worth the money. The salon is welcoming and has a lovely friendly atmosphere which I haven’t found elsewhere in London. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely return again.

    What a fabulous hairdressers. From the moment you step foot in the salon you’re treated with such importance. The results of my cut and colour were fantastic, I finally had the hair style I’d been asking for for years from other salons. And the complimentary drinks menu….. another reason why this place makes for such a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next appointment xx

    THE best hair cut and colour I\'ve ever had! Nina was so patient, she really took her time to make sure my hair was perfect and looked how I wanted (I relied on her heavily because I\'m not good with my hair!) We went with ballyage and a cut. It came out amazing, I was giggling I was so happy with it. Overall the entire place had a great atmosphere, lovely staff and was very clean. Couldn\'t recommend more. Nina you\'re an artist!

    Gianasso have gone above and beyond to make this a safe place for their clients. I initially just booked for a haircut as I was worried about spending a prolonged period in such a small place. However I ended up have my usual highlights(which were perfect as always) as I felt it was so well organised and I work in healthcare so have high expectations. I definitely recommend this salon.     I love coming to Giannasso as it’s always such a relaxing experience - even with COVID restrictions, as the team have worked really hard to keep everyone safe while maintaining their usual high standards and friendly approach. Stefano is a real artist and knows just how to make my curly hair look its best, and Michael likewise always finds the perfect colours. Highly recommended all round,
