I was disappointed with how the hair turned out. The mèche were not accurately made and the forehead is very light blonde, without any mèche at all at the front. Jodie told me a wrong price at the beginning, which was 40 euros more expensive than what I had booked on the website for a full head mèche. After telling her, she then told me a cheaper price. I was also encouraged to do a split heads treatment, it seems that it is always encouraged to do a treatment, to inflate the final price. I was encouraged to do a toner, but I said no to that. I was asked to comb my hair and also to dry the hair by myself, given that I have curly hair. Despite this, I paid for the blow dry. While paying I was asked to pay 173 euros, despite I had already paid 45 euro deposit online. I had to remind them that I had paid online 45 euros. Also, I was asked to pay cash, because the line was not working. Very bad experience

I had my colour done by Stephanie today and I’m really happy with the results. She done exactly what I wanted. She has a lovely manner and is very knowledgeable. I left the hairdressers today really happy with my colour.

I had a bleach tint done with Senita today. I was very nervous having it done as I had it done with a different salon and they had left my hair colour patchy with different shades of blonde. She made me feel at ease when speaking about my colour before doing it. She was very professional an the end result was absolutely perfect, I couldn’t have asked for better. Colour was very clean and the toner was exactly what I wanted. I will 100% be back to have it done with her again and I booked my next appointment when leaving.

Dominique was very attentive and looked after me from the time I went in until I left. I am delighted with my hair and I will definitely go back. Thank you Dominique.
