I arrived at the salon 10 minutes before my appointment to be told to come back in 20. I explained I had booked and had another appointment. A walk in had been put ahead of me. I waited and when I was due to get my hair done she told me my hair was not medium length (collar bone) and would cost me another £10 on what I’d already pre paid. They said it is not always right on treatwell and I needed to understand they can’t charge one person one thing and me another to which I said it’s not fair if I agree to pay one price to then turn up and be told it’s more. My hair was done to an ok standard but dropped quickly due to no products being used. I had to redo it later. Will not return if bavk in London.

I went for the first time since I saw many good reactions for a cut and hair DIY. They were welcoming and I had a nice chat with the stylist. As it’s my first time wanting to DIY my hair we took time to speak about it and agreed to do it another time and only have a hair cut . What I really didn’t like is that she cut my hair and while I was thinking if it’s enough or I want it shorter she was rushing me telling me that she has another customer which was surprising for me but I was understanding then she started to blew my hair when I didn’t ask for it and still wanted my hair to be shorter, that was confusing for me, when I stopped her and said I don’t understand she turns and asks her colleagues in a way that I didn’t like and kept telling them that she already explained this. I was nice and didn’t make a big deal out of it. But I don’t think you should rush a customer or act like this. For this I will never go back. However, the second stylist who cut my hair was friendly and explained everything to me for this I give 2 stars.

Wonderful Maria and great value for money

I had the best experience here. A lot of work had to be done for me , but my hairstylist Olympia was so patient and she did an amazing job! Im am so recommending this place and will definitely come back here !

Came for a Brazilian blowout and the stylist in a rush put in the wrong order of chemicals. Despite asking me multiple times if it was sticky and greasy (to which I confirmed it was very sticky and very very greasy), he told me it was supposed to be like that. I’ve gotten Brazilian blowouts for 14 years, called my old stylist in nyc, there is no Brazilian blowout you’re supposed to walk out with sticky hair. I called multiple times to get help and no one answered. The stylist told me the best course of action was to wash it out and come back and do it again after he’d already burned off bits of my hair trying to get the excess product to be absorbed of which it couldn’t bc he’s already applied a conditioner before the treatment and despite me saying can we just start over at the beginning proceeded to ruin my hair.

I’ve been to Gusto hairdressing salon in Covet Garden twice now. I had balayage done and I wanted to go a bit lighter, and Maria did an excellent job. I just love the blonde colour I have now, I never imagined I would have this blonde hair, especially that my hair is dark and requires multiple sessions! I have long, thick and dark hair but Maria was patient to achieve what I wanted without rushing!! I am really happy and she is a lovely and professional. You can blindly trust her with your hair!!

Milania was AMAZING! Love my haircut, I’m so happy with it. The entire experience was so pleasant. And super quick too!

I recently visited Gusto for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I have a pixie haircut and have had some bad experiences in the past, but this time I was in good hands. Melania was my hairdresser and she did an amazing job. She used unique techniques that I had never experienced before, and I was thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Gusto and will definitely be returning.

Amazing salon!! I tried a different place for years but then stuck with this one - five or six years now! excellent for highlights, a stylish cut and a fun atmosphere with great tunes!

Olympia understood exactly what I wanted and put in copper highlights just like my natural ones. I’ve had the best visits and so many compliments on my hair, I absolutely love it! Thank you Olympia!
