Wonderful Maria and great value for money

I had the best experience here. A lot of work had to be done for me , but my hairstylist Olympia was so patient and she did an amazing job! Im am so recommending this place and will definitely come back here !

Came for a Brazilian blowout and the stylist in a rush put in the wrong order of chemicals. Despite asking me multiple times if it was sticky and greasy (to which I confirmed it was very sticky and very very greasy), he told me it was supposed to be like that. I’ve gotten Brazilian blowouts for 14 years, called my old stylist in nyc, there is no Brazilian blowout you’re supposed to walk out with sticky hair. I called multiple times to get help and no one answered. The stylist told me the best course of action was to wash it out and come back and do it again after he’d already burned off bits of my hair trying to get the excess product to be absorbed of which it couldn’t bc he’s already applied a conditioner before the treatment and despite me saying can we just start over at the beginning proceeded to ruin my hair.

I’ve been to Gusto hairdressing salon in Covet Garden twice now. I had balayage done and I wanted to go a bit lighter, and Maria did an excellent job. I just love the blonde colour I have now, I never imagined I would have this blonde hair, especially that my hair is dark and requires multiple sessions! I have long, thick and dark hair but Maria was patient to achieve what I wanted without rushing!! I am really happy and she is a lovely and professional. You can blindly trust her with your hair!!

Milania was AMAZING! Love my haircut, I’m so happy with it. The entire experience was so pleasant. And super quick too!

I recently visited Gusto for the first time and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I have a pixie haircut and have had some bad experiences in the past, but this time I was in good hands. Melania was my hairdresser and she did an amazing job. She used unique techniques that I had never experienced before, and I was thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Gusto and will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic Brazilian blow dry with Olympia today - not only she is a grar hairdresser but also very sweet and friendly which made the 2.5h treatment experience much more pleasant. I will definitely come back!

No one answers the phone at the wigmore street branch, you pay before the appointment. Lady was late so I could’nt even leave and had to wait. My fringe looked very stupid. Lady did apologise and was polite but rushed the cut due to her being late and also being the receptionist
