I booked a hair colour correction, Olaplex treatment, haircut, and blow-dry—with jet black box dye in my hair—and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My hairdresser, Snezhe, was absolutely amazing. She (and the rest of the team) were so kind, welcoming, and professional throughout. Most impressively, Snezhe transformed my hair into a beautiful blonde/light brown with highlights—without causing any damage, instead, making it feel even healthier now! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be returning. Huge thank you to all the staff, especially Snezhe and the main manager.

I had a balayage done with Snezhe and oh my goodness the colour is SO perfect! Snezhe really took the time to explain the processes of a baylayge and figure out what I did and didn’t like in order to make my hair dreams come true. I had a great experience with Raluca yesterday. She transformed the yellow tones in my hair into a a beautiful creamy blonde and the cut is fantastic, it flows really well. She is a true artist and also a really lovely person who is very kind, often checking to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The salon in general has a lovely, buzzy atmosphere and is an enjoyable experience.
