She took the time to listen to what I wanted, carefully assessed the condition of my hair and gave me excellent, honest advice. As I’m getting married next July, Annette helped me put together a personalised plan to gradually achieve my dream hair colour while improving the health and condition of my hair in preparation for my special day. What impressed me most was how genuinely caring and thorough she was, putting the health of my hair first rather than recommending anything that could cause further damage. I left feeling reassured, delighted with my haircut and completely confident that I’m in excellent hands. Thank you so much, Annette!
