Went in for my first haircut in a long time, and I had a great experience! I came in expecting a routine hair cut and actually learned about my hair having more texture than I ever treated it with! Thank you Aime for a great cut and some really important info about how to manage my hair!

Had a most wonderful experience having my hair done by Amie, this is my second visit and have booked further two! We did a good consultation where my choices were my own, Amie did exactly what I asked. Well worth the visit as I wanted, the cut is the style, very talented young lady.

Great experience at Hair Lab The lovely Hira cut and styled my hair. She was very knowledgeable about how I can style my hair at home. Great cappuccino as well.

Very professional and happy with the service provided. All staff are very nice and welcoming.

First off I’d like to begin saying I’m honestly the happiest I could be. I came in with this warm orange/ yellow brown from a hair colour failure and I was prepared for the worst, I was so certain there was no way in fixing it. Elise was extraordinary, she was so patient in trying to understand what I wanted and managed to give me this beautiful teddy bear like brown balayage whilst taking the majority of the warm out of it. The result was amazing and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more, she works miracles! ( also I’m not sure if it was Ellie or elise, I unfortunately forgot the name but please correct me on which one so the right person gets my validation!) all the staff was wonderful overall as well!! Trust them with your hair they won’t disappoint!

Absolutely in love with how my hair turned out! Elise listened to what I wanted-even through my anxious babbling, but also after asking, gave her opinions on what would work best for me, which I greatly appreciated as someone who had no clue my hair could look this pretty. So lovely to talk to and left feeling much more confident and so happy <3

I’m so happy with my haircut. My hair feels so much healthier straight away. She was incredibly gentle and didn’t pull my hair at all, which I’ve honestly never experienced before! I also love the cut itself, she did exactly what I wanted and also recommended a product to help with breakage. She will be my go to stylist in the future. Thank you Hira.
