Susie and Claire particularly are so personable, professional and helpful that you can’t help feeling totally confident of great service from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. Everything is facilitated for you from free parking outside the door to help with your coat, top notch refreshments, sweet treats, gorgeous products, a lovely pampering head massage, shampoo and treatments and flexible booking times. Whenever I go I get great advice on everything from holiday destinations to restaurant recommendations and career support for the family. It’s like having a proper catch up with friends.
