After a model visit things didn\'t go well. My hair is patchy & still grey on top. Wasn\'t what I asked for. Left disappointed & to avoid making a fuss I paid the asking price. Wont use them again.

Elise at the Academy was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, patient, great skills and an asset to the Academy. Very impressed with her. Thank you Elise.

Extremely disappointed with my hair today. After a consultant with trainee and trainer in Foxhall Road academy we went into great length of what we were going to do and I was extremely excited ,, unfortunately in the space of this discussion and applying my colour they had changed what they were doing as they were weaving foils rather then full head bleach,, without consulting me! After expressing my concerns of what they were doing the trainer came over said that they had changed it because it was what \"the trainee needed to do\" after expressing my concerns again as this is not what I wanted done and this was not discussed the trainer told me not to get upset as it was to later to change it anyway. So now i have to wait for my hair to recover to get it done again and which will cost extra to fix Again extremely disappointed about the service the way I was spoke to and most of all my hair is awful

Aimee at foxhall did an amazing job with my daughters hair , she has helped my daughter really embrace her beautiful curls. This was her first proper salon experience @ 8 years old, she was nervous but Aimee was so good with her said she felt like a princess whe she came out - thank you so much

Really disappointed with my pedicure and gels. Nails not cut and filed to my liking wasn’t asked if I wanted squared etc etc corners are sharp. Cuticles not done therefore gels not painted to the bottom. Gels don’t look smooth but blotchy a week on 1 has completely come off and 1 chipped something I’ve never experienced in having gels in last 2 years won’t be returning for a pedicure .. however the full body massage with Chloe was wonderful had her previously for a BNS and a facial cannot recommend her enough

Always love my appointments with Tom at the Foxhall Road salon, he does an amazing half head of foils, the only stylist I have ever had so far to do the foils so that when you wear you hair up, you do not see it lines. Tom is also a lovely guy and is a credit to Hair Ministry. Disappointing that the price of having hair done here seems to have rocketed up, and after being a client for many years I am now looking to moving somewhere else. Also disappointing that NHS discount can only now be used on a wed, such a shame for us NHS staff that have to work Wednesdays.

I had my hair cut and coloured at your kesgrave salon today by Morgan and I have to say I am so pleased with it , it looks a hundred time better, I’ve gotten lots of compliments and I would fully recommend to get your hair done by Morgan she’s a lovely girl and a great hairstylist xx

It was lovely to have Abbie back I don’t get out much and suffer with a bit of anxiety but Abbie makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Very friendly, thorough and patient spending time on the consultation until she gets exactly what I want. Also thank you to Hannah for looking after so well while Abbie was off.

Hannah was absolutely lovely under the circumstances of it being my birthday but my sad news of my dads death! She listens too what I want from my hair which I don’t even know half the time! She did me a lovely wash, condition, treatment and head massage. Lovely cut! She really helped me chill at such a difficult time! She has Lots of Empathy Thank you Hannah x

have had so many bad experiences before at different salons but I am so pleased to say that Lily was not only lovely but really listened to what I wanted and gave me the cut I was after. I am very pleased with my cut and blow dry and will definitely be back again. This salon officially has a new client!

Cannot remember how many visits I\'ve made to Emily! I\'m always thrilled with how Emily does my hair. I get loads of compliments on the cut and colour. Always feel like I\'ve been to a spa after a visit, relax with my feet up, massage chair on, hair being washed, treatment massaged into my hair...heaven.

I love having my hair done by Lily. She is always so lovely and funny. I\'ve always had problems finding a great hairdresser until now. She\'s a credit to hair ministry x

Lovely and clean. A little expensive but the staff has great expertise on hair, styling and best hair care products.

Booked an appointment for a cut & blow-dry with Katie following a recommendation from a friend. Showed Katie a picture of the sort of style I was after. She then spent ages talking through what I wanted and what she could do. She recommended a deep conditioning treatment which I accepted as my hair was in such poor condition, after I\'d frazzled it with my overheating GHDs! Had a relaxing scalp massage from Katie and enjoyed relaxing in the massage chair whilst the conditioning treatment worked it\'s magic! Katie then proceeded to cut and style my hair, talking about what she was doing as she went along and making sure I was happy. I am extremely pleased with my new haircut, it doesn\'t feel or look like my hair as it\'s so soft and shiny! I can totally recommend Katie and the whole salon at Capel. A professional but very warm & friendly salon. Thank you Katie, I will look forward to my second appointment in March.

Attending my 6 weekly appointment.. lovely colour as always , lovely re style. Emily very informative regarding products, I always purchase recommended products never disappointed. The salon is very Covid aware strict procedures in place. I feel confident when using the salon. Thank you Hair Ministry!
