Our goals at Handal Plastic Surgery are to provide our patients with the utmost excellence in surgical skills, pre-operative, and post-operative care. Safety comes first, and at the Sanctuary Surgical Center, we have a state-of-the-art facility which is fully licensed by the State of Florida, by the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). There are various levels of accreditation for outpatient surgery centers, and the accreditation we have obtained is that of an ambulatory surgical center. The Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration dictates the manner in which a facility is designed, built, and managed, including credentials of staff and provisions for patient safety under emergency conditions. This is the highest level of outpatient surgery center in which surgery can be performed.
