Excellent service & amazing haircut! I thought the service Megan gave was excellent. She listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice on the length as well as how much she recommended taking off as my hair was in need of a good chop! Above and beyond Both Lucy and Isabelle did a wonderful job of my hair after managing to fit me in to a very busy afternoon schedule. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I left the salon feeling absolutely delighted with what they had both achieved. Jackie at the front desk is also a truly amazing person who again went above and beyond in making a huge effort to make a customer feel extremely valued. Great root tint The stylist was Izzy. She did a great job with my root tint. Megan supported her and they have ensured that my hair was blended successfully. Izzy watched and listened attentively during my appointment so that she could learn. She gave the most thorough hair wash and best head massage too . She was good company too. Needless to say I was very pleased with my stylist for whom I was her first client since returning to the shop. The loveliest people I had the lovely Hannah do my hair, and she was so friendly and chatty — she instantly made me feel relaxed.
