I always look forward to my hair appointment with Natasha. I love how she understands my hair and the colour I like. She always does an excellent job. It’s a real treat for me, quality time spent relaxing in a lovely salon. Great coffee to ☕️

My first visit to the salon and I was very impressed. Fantastic cut and colour by Helen. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed, they were rude, they didn\'t ask any kindness and I almost didn\'t take my coat off. this is not a salon but a factory. the person we booked with didn\'t even do our hair. I was 99% confused, there was a small smile from 2 other guests. all I was told to do was to put my foot down. She holds it so that I can be straight, she can\'t cut it in any other way. If I look up, so that the hairdresser can be more comfortable, it was terribly disappointing. I wouldn\'t recommend it to anyone. we usually go to the hairdresser to get a little update, and in between to share our doubts and witness, I think we also give them a little bit of psychology. but I\'d rather forget the factory workers. But I\'ve learned.

I have been a customer for a very long time at Headfirst. The only difference I have ever noticed is that my hair is just shaved off these days! There is so little left!!! The staff are just so helpful and welcoming every time. It’s always buzzing and busy in there. I enjoy every visit with my kids. Would most certainly recommend! A very relaxing and enjoyable experience every week for my regular blow-dry. Ellie is an excellent stylist and the owner, Jeremy, always cuts my hair superbly. The staff are most welcoming, which helps to create such a pleasant atmosphere.
