Not what it was I’ve been a customer of Headlines for many years. The services have always been of a high standard. It was a very friendly salon but the departure of so many familiar faces recently seems to have led to an atmosphere of low morale among the remaining staff . Perm with Emma Emma is absolutely superb - her professionalism and experience are evident from the very beginning. I wanted a relaxed spiral shaped curl, my individual hairs are fine but there is a lot of it! Emma wound my hair onto different sized rollers in a stacked pattern. The whole appointment was about 4 hours. My hair looks amazing and despite having a lot of old bleach in the ends from balayage it is soft and is in great condition thanks to WellaPlex.
