Kitty and Jackie I have been a customer of Headlines for almost 30 years. I’ve seen staff come and go and as such feel it is right to write a review. I’ve not always experienced good service but that’s not the case at the moment. I am fortunate to have colour work by Kitty bad cuts by Jackie. They are professional, skilled and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and visiting is a pleasure. Kitty is clearly at the start of her stylist career but you wouldn’t know. Yesterday was by far the best refresh I have had! Jackie has cut my hair for more than ten years, the only person to cut my daughter’s. I am grateful to her for her consistency and warm relationship. Both ladies make my day and I write this review in the hope management also appreciate their role in the organisation as they deserve to be recognised. Great experience I am having problems with hair loss and went in for a consultation. Very warm welcome from the staff and Rachel talked me through options. Booked an appt and was treated so well from the minute I walked in. Lovely head massage from the young man who washed my hair then Racheal cut my hair and dried it and I loved it! Also had an impromptu trial updo from a lovely young lady and have booked to go back to have it recreated for a wedding. This is my new hairdressers for sure!
