Awful..my long hair is ruined and I'm devastated Booked in with Georgina for full head of colour (blonde with some darker pieces running thru) and cut/blow dry for my long blonde hair. Lengthy consult before hand and felt at ease. The cut was good but the colour was absolutely not what we had discussed and I was really not happy. So I returned the next day for a colour correction with Abi, who agreed what had been done was not acceptable. So we agreed what she would do to try to correct it. What occurred was awful, I ended up with black hair with grey green streaks.. My long blonde hair now has been completely bleached and coloured two days in a row and I am in tears in the chair. They had no idea why this had happened which makes me feel extremely uneasy that they don't know their products or how to carry out straight forward colouring. I then had to return the next day for them to strip my hair off as much colour as possible, a very harsh process which has left my hair wrecked and I now am so ashamed I'm wearing a hat outside. I have orange pink blonde black hair which feels like cotton wool. It is ruined. I have just spent £90 buying K18 repair shampoo conditioner and oil to try to help my hair recover and I now have to find another hair salon who is willing to take on my hair and try to correct. They did refund my full amount which is appreciated but I am distraught with my long hair which is totally ruined. I have never experienced Anything like this in 30 years of having my hair coloured.
