Had my roots and toner retouch done by the lovely Victoria! She was so gentle with my hair, it was like being at the spa. I didn\\\'t want it to end! She made me feel at ease and relaxed. Got my hair dyed and styled recently by the lovely Victoria. She talked me through the process from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable. She was very professional and had great attention to detail with my hair, which put me at a lot of ease. Once it was dyed she styled it really nicely and when I left I felt so happy with my new hair. She was genuinely such a pleasure, and all the staff are really friendly. I will be coming again ! Very nice atmosphere and chilled salon. Also good location very central.

I had a private room consultation with Victoria, who was fantastic from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted in terms of colour and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease. I was also offered a wash and blow dry, and during the appointment she gave helpful advice on products for my hair concerns. She pointed out some split ends and damage, and was able to do a cut and style on the day, which I really appreciated. I also had a patch test done, which made me feel even more comfortable about going ahead with colour. I felt really well looked after and understood. I loved the result—my hair felt so smooth, soft, and shiny. I’ll definitely be returning to have my hair coloured by Victoria!
