Eloise is absolutely amazing! I was greeted by Eloise on reception as soon as I walked into the salon and was made to feel incredibly welcome. Eloise made me feel special and gave me so many personal touches during my visit and I love my hair so much. I have to admit that I am quite fussy with my hair and was nervous as I have had bad experiences in the past - not just to my hair but the customer service I have received. Lovely salon, Jade is brilliant I’ve been trying to grow my hair for a year and finally got it to a length I like. Went to a haircut and was very anxious about it, but Jade was very reassuring and made sure that she only cuts a small amount whilst also giving me a more layered voluminous look. Really love my new cut and will definitely return.
