Consultation Your website does not give prices for colour. We were advised to come in for a 10 minutes 'spot test' for any allergies before having using any colour dyes. There was no mention of this costing anything. My daughter was given a 10 minute consultation. I then asked how much the hair colour treatment would cost. This took a further 10 minutes to price up' and then we were told the cost would be £190. I had no idea it would cost this much and it was too expensive for us. I was then told we would need to pay £10 for the consultation. I feel we were misled. I think the website and phone bookings should be much clearer about the costs of your services.
