My experience with KAOS Salon was nothing short of a disaster. Cancelling appointments last minute and introducing arbitrary requirements without proper communication is unacceptable. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope others do the same to avoid the headache and disappointment I\'ve faced

Kaos has exceeded my expectations from the minute I arrived outside the shop. After waiting over 12 weeks stuck in doors with roots which were getting darker and darker it was making me feel awful. I arrived for my appointment feeling a little apprehensive but there was nothing to worry about I waited outside for a minute or two my stylist came to the door and called me into the salon I was so pleased to see her even though her greeting and reassurance was from behind a mask and a visa. Tina took my temperature gave me a mask to wear and hand sanitiser. Took me to a chair that was more than 2 meters away from anyone else. You can see that the staff have been and are continuing to work very hard to make everyone safe. Tina is an angel performed her magic again this time not only did she do my highlights which were well over due but a cut to correct the chopping I had attempted over the last few weeks, then a wash with a massage an a blow dry. When Tina finished her magic I can honestly say that I felt 100% better and now ready to face this crazy world again. Thank you Tina for your skill and kindness.

Absolutely wonderful experience! After moving from overseas, I was nervous to get my hair done by someone new. Levi was excellent? I had a tint and cut/blow dry. Levi listened to everything I asked for and did a great job! The environment was relaxing and clean. Will definitely be going back. Will also recommend to friends/family. Thanks!

Really happy with the highlights and cut and finish I had at Kaos. They listened to what I wanted and actually took the time and trouble to make sure I was happy with the end result. I was delighted with the service and have been back twice. The salon itself is comfortable, friendly and professional. I would recommend this salon highly without hesitation.
