First time visit It was my first time booking with Karen after finding the salon via Google. The salon was so clean, warm and comfortable. Karen showed a keen interest in the condition of my scalp and hair which was really impressive. She took her time with my hair considering its badly damaged and discussed my hair care options. I was offered a beverage and I paid a reasonable price for a good service. I could tell the products used were good quality. Professional salon Karen Wright is a professional hairdressers. The salon is clean, tidy and beautifully laid out. Stephanie, the receptionist is welcoming. She was patient showing me the app and all the features. Karen took her time from start to finish. She too asked me questions about the history of my hair, gave advice and the results showed at the end. Karen is a ‘professional hairdresser’ she knows her stuff and my hair is still looking great!
