Washing out colour was pretty awful, water all over my face and very rough, only had a blast dry but kept blowing air into my ear which did nothing for my headache

Staff shorten the fringe too much. I was not very pleased that Zoe insinuated that I failed to bring the matter up despite showing her a picture of my previous haircut. Haircut is still alright, but personally it wasn't worth the price.

Great experience, first time I've had a cut here, I've had my hair coloured before and always come out really pleased. In the past, I have come out of other salons, a little disappointed after a cut as it's not how I envisaged but not this time. Really like it, Amber was great :)

Moving salons with quite short notice was a bit surprising, but Ken Picton salon was organised, friendly, and ready to make a new customer feel at ease. Plus, I had changed my mind about the day and date of my appointment at least 3 times just because I was quite confused initially about what was happening! The Ken Picton Salon was beautiful, with views of the sky. Zoe asked me, a new customer, everything about how I wanted my style to look. I was very pleased with the outcome.
