I was very unhappy leaving the salon yesterday. Really embarrassed by the way my hair had been cut and finished. I really thought the stylist had listened to me and knew exactly what I needed. I had felt listened to earlier on in the appointment. But everything changed towards the end and I could not get out of the salon quickly enough. To get home and see exactly what had been done to my hair, if I had e fringe even, because the way it was cut and finished I had no idea if I still had one. I would like to come into the salon and have the cut rectified, but not when the stylist is there as this would be far too embarrassing for the both of us.
