My rating does take into consideration the whole experience of attending the salon but it’s mainly based on my experience of being one of Kelly’s clients. My hair is always stunning after I’ve seen her and the advice she’s given in the past has helped me to maintain that between visits. However, her kindness and compassion is the icing on the cake. I’m going through something difficult in my life at the moment and after I’ve had my haircut I feel like I’ve also had a therapy session. True relational hairdressing at its best. Absolutely over the moon with my hair! Amanda was lush and knew exactly what I wanted and delivered! Steph cut my hair awesome! I even had a lady stop me on the way to the car park complementing my hair and asked where I had it done! They are an absolute credit to your team! How lovely the lady at the front desk was. Hayley has been cutting my hair for around 8 years and always works her magic! I am currently growing my hair from short to long, and Hayley has styled it beautifully throughout the process.
