Amber is lovely and the 4th time I’ve seen her .. this time , she had to take me back to the back wash as when she was blow drying she felt there was conditioner left in my hair .. I’m not sure it all came out one side of my hair is a lot heavier than the other . I didn’t want to wash it again before I go on holiday tomorrow but I feel I will now have to . This wont stop me booking with her again but not the best of my visits .

It’s always an absolute pleasure visiting the salon. From the moment you arrive being greeted by professional, welcoming reception staff and leaving. My stylist is Rebecca. Rebecca is consistently welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Rebecca is happy to advise me on my hair, when I ask her, in a realistic and always professional manner. I love visiting there for her. All the staff are friendly and professional to the highest level. Like I said, it’s an absolute pleasure visiting the salon.

I did not know which direction to turn with my greying hair . Initially I was concerned as did not want to have all grey hair and when towel came off all I could see was grey/ silver hair. After a very nice cut and blow dry I left the salon with what I felt was grey hair but I knew I had to trust the process . Once out of the white light if the salon and into the sunshine it was clear my colour had the ‘golden’ undertones of my original hairstyle . I shall look forward to my next appointment
