Booked for the Fusio-Dose treatment and didn’t receive it. It was taken off the bill at the end, which I’m grateful for, but that’s not really the point. I mentioned in the chair that I had booked for the add on and was just given something sprayed into my hair instead. Asked her to cut my fringe shorter when I was still unsatisfied with it, and she refused. I felt uncomfortable asking again. Didn’t feel very reassured, or that she was meeting the style I had asked for. Came home quite upset with the overall cut and experience.

I haven’t cut my very long hair for a few years so was quite nervous about taking the plunge. Rebecca was amazing- I had a couple of photos of styles I quite liked and she knew exactly what to do! It was a really great experience and I was delighted with the results. It looks fantastic and will be easy to maintain, with minimal hair products. Rebecca is now my go to for life!
