I have been using Zoe for years and she is just brilliant! She never gets it wrong, I trust her, which is just the best feeling for for a salon client I'm sure. Now she is at Ken Picton, I also get to feel like I am getting a red carpet experience...the best location, lovely friendly staff (Ruby and Lewis are also my favs) the best coffees and great food to Getting my hair done here is my new spa day!

It is just the very best experience and you feel you are part of their family when you go there. I would never ever go anywhere else. Everyone from the reception desk staff to the stylists and people washing your hair are caring and thoughtful and unlike other salons I have been to in the past, they talk to you, not each other. It is a very friendly place and they make you feel wanted. I would like to thank everyone in the salon for their professionalism and understanding. Plus the products they use are amazing and smell divine.

My rating does take into consideration the whole experience of attending the salon but it’s mainly based on my experience of being one of Kelly’s clients. My hair is always stunning after I’ve seen her and the advice she’s given in the past has helped me to maintain that between visits. However, her kindness and compassion is the icing on the cake. I’m going through something difficult in my life at the moment and after I’ve had my haircut I feel like I’ve also had a therapy session. True relational hairdressing at its best. I even had a lady stop me on the way to the car park complementing my hair and asked where I had it done! They are an absolute credit to your team! How lovely the lady at the front desk was.
