I did not know which direction to turn with my greying hair . Initially I was concerned as did not want to have all grey hair and when towel came off all I could see was grey/ silver hair. After a very nice cut and blow dry I left the salon with what I felt was grey hair but I knew I had to trust the process . Once out of the white light if the salon and into the sunshine it was clear my colour had the ‘golden’ undertones of my original hairstyle . I shall look forward to my next appointment

It is just the very best experience and you feel you are part of their family when you go there. I would never ever go anywhere else. Everyone from the reception desk staff to the stylists and people washing your hair are caring and thoughtful and unlike other salons I have been to in the past, they talk to you, not each other. It is a very friendly place and they make you feel wanted. I would like to thank everyone in the salon for their professionalism and understanding. Plus the products they use are amazing and smell divine.

My rating does take into consideration the whole experience of attending the salon but it’s mainly based on my experience of being one of Kelly’s clients. My hair is always stunning after I’ve seen her and the advice she’s given in the past has helped me to maintain that between visits. However, her kindness and compassion is the icing on the cake.
