Love getting my hair done at Koztello’s. Imelda is such a lovely person and an amazing colourist. She works miracles with my hair. And Jonathan at the front desk is always so welcoming, professional and accommodating. 5 stars every time.

Just go to Peter Mark if you have a daughter and she wants her hair done. Rang to make an appointment for my daughter as she was so excited to go and get her hair cut as she loves it. Unfortunately upon making contact to a store I was told there no availability for my daughter but they could fit in an adult appointment. Now I was a little bit confused with this response but ultimately it\'s a profiteering model to maximise the money to be made on an adult appointment with a complete disregard for my daughter, who has a communion soon and will get older and visit a salon more regularly. Simple marketing is focus on your younger customers and they will come back, unfortunately not in this case. I contacted Peter Mark and they welcomed my daughter instantly. My daughters face was so excited as I told her and we went to the appointment. Well done on losing a current and future customer. Perhaps educate staff on simple principles of customer care and basis ( I mean basic) marketing.

The best hair and beauty salon in Knocknacarra!

I had a stressful experience in this hairdresser on Saturday. I got my hair done which I was very happy with. I got a text earlier in the week stating that I was due a 20% reduction because they were relocating from the galway shopping centre to knocknacarra. I have been going to galway shopping centre for years. The receptionist did not want to give me the 20% off because she told me I attended the knocknacarra salon before. Twice she said. She was actually punishing me for being a loyal customer. Then I showed her the text I received stating I was due the 20%. Eventually she gave the discount to me. I was extremely hurt in the way I was treated.

Great hair cut and colour. Sinéad always very professional and gives excellent hair advice. Friendly and efficient staff. Very happy with the service, not over priced.
