Ashley is absolutely fantastic! I was a bit nervous and he made me feel comfortable, welcomed and at ease from the beginning while providing utmost professionalism, working and collaborating with colleagues efficiently and giving me the best hairstyle I had in years! I had the best day as I took myself and my hair out for a nice little day out. His work is flawless, his personality is uplifting and authentic and I will definitely ask for him in the future! He also made sure that I could get access to the products that he educated me on. Fantastic hairdresser! 100 out of 10!

Had a wonderful experience with Glenesa at Live True London in Soho!! She really knows what she's doing, made me feel listened to as far as want I wanted doing with my hair, and makes you feel confident in her abilities. Love love love my hair, we did a full head of highlights, treatment, cut, blow-dry and style, and she explained to me the processes at every step. Would highly recommend her, the studio was easy to get to and a nice calming atmosphere. Come get your hair done with Glenesa!

Cameron was so lovely! It was my first time getting my hair done by him and he made me feel so at ease. My hair feels so lush, it’s gone from looking really dry and frizzy to shiny and soft, and with thick hair like mine - that’s not an easy task! Will definitely be visiting him again ️

The staff were attentive, and despite being so busy on a Friday afternoon, tried hard to get everyone seen on time. Victoria cut my hair with such care, checking with me at each step of the way, and took real pride in her work. A very relaxing experience!

Got my hair done by Thayna and I’m so happy with how it turned out! She did a great job with my blonde balayage—it looks super natural and fresh—and the cut is just what I wanted. Plus, it was really nice chatting with her during the session, made the whole experience even better. Totally recommend her if you’re looking for someone skilled and friendly!

Mako was such a lovely hairstylist! Took her time, was very precise, and listened intently to my feedback. But she was also very prompt and timely! She was a very calm and cool presence, and I love my new haircut :)

Kelsey was an absolute superstar - so overly and welcoming and listened to my concerns and understood what I needed. She made the whole experience stress free - explained the cost and process and is an excellent hairdresser. I haven’t been able to have my hair down for over a year due to Cancer treatment with breakage and hair loss - she was very understanding of this and gave me the exact results I was hoping for - thank you - I’ll be re-booking with her. Not the fanciest of salons - but I was I was very happy with the service for the price. All round great experience.

Really disappointing when I arrived they said they couldn’t do my appointment as it was a voucher, so could I come back 4.5hrs later. I had taken the morning off work, and so very annoyed as it was confirmed twice in the 2 days priority also I’ve tried repeatedly to try and get my money back but no one will reply to my emails.
