I had an amazing experience getting a cut and blow dry at Live True London(Soho). My stylist, Aurora, really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the fresh, layered look I was hoping for. The blow dry left my hair feeling silky and full of volume. The salon itself was super clean and had a really chill, welcoming vibe. Stylist wasn’t welcoming. Didn’t clear up hair from face neck with brush. The client table was not cleared before being seated.. was rushed experience. She didn’t even do the charcoal masks that the package included.

It was my first time at a Live True Salon and Nailla was amazing. She was very friendly, professional and I love the haircut and how she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely come again for my next haircut!

I love live true, honest their work is always professional. I have been at few others this is the best one. Even though bad experience with other I cry my first session my eyes out, got panic attack they been so good to me I loved the way they did me highlights and cut my hair look fabulous. Second time for hair cut, I need to get use to the cut but I am happy y hair are so shiny and looks healthy again. They told me what they used on my hair too. I only wanted to cut the ends, before cutting my hair they made sure of the cut I wanted and gave me suggestion. From they it was not just cutting hair ends. I love the care I received. Thank you so much for the loving care. Love you all.

Sorin did such a great job! Showed him a picture of what I wanted and it's perfect! I had balayage and a haircut and finish and I'm so happy with it!!

Came in for a cut & blow dry with Sarah today, she was so lovely & listened to exactly what I wanted, super happy with the result! She also gave me some great advice around haircare and colour treatments too. Highly recommend and I will be back!
