The staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. They didn't listen to my requests and provided a service that was not what I asked for. After taking my payment, they showed a complete lack of care. 0% satisfied.

Lovely experience with Danielle - my second time! She’s so attentive, carefully listening to what I needed and you can tell she wanted me to be happy with the outcome. Overall very relaxing and lovely experience.

Ugur is truly an expert at his craft! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable with his friendly and professional manner. He really listens to what you want, gives great advice, and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I left the salon feeling so happy and confident with my new hair. I absolutely love the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers amazing work!

I had a tint and blow dry with Rebecca, and she was absolutely incredible! She created the exact shade I’ve always wanted and styled my hair beautifully—far exceeding my expectations (and I did have some expectations, since I’m attending a wedding today). I’m so grateful—thank you, Rebecca!

Disappointed with the Full Head Balayage, Cut & Blow Dry for just £138! Long and thick hair costs another £168! Which is far from nearly 50% off!Any salon in London will charge that as full price! It is a trap! If for some reason you cannot pay the extra amount you lose the initial £138 and it will be registered as a no show! Be aware!

Quite disappointed with the quality and professionalism of my hair dye, considering I could have paid £35 for a wash, cut and blow-dry which were worth that price vs £60 more to include a full head tint. Not only did the colour not do complete coverage of my hair but hair dye went everywhere, only 2 small spots were pointed out to me. But when I got home my entire hairline was a mess with dye spilling out all over my head! It's very sad that this was not pointed out to me, nor did it seem like Vera tried to get it off. She would have definitely been able to see how bad it had stained all around my head when doing my hair wash. I've sent photos to the contact email provided and been left completely ghosted. I would not recommend getting colours done here. I have a patient facing role and it's made me look very scruffy infront of them. Did not expect such a poor job from a trained hairdresser.

Cameron was so lovely! They listened to exactly what I was looking for and my hair looks amazing. They checked in to see if I was happy with everything as the hair cut was happening which I always appreciate!

I had an incredible experience with Thayna! She took her time to perfect my caramel balayage, and the results look absolutely amazing. The colour is beautifully blended and suits me perfectly. Great at working with dark hair and finding a colour that suits brown skin. Highly recommend her if you want a stunning, natural-looking balayage!

Selime is amazing! She gave me full highlights with a gorgeous beige toner and a flawless cut. The best blow-dry ever left my hair soft, glossy, and full of life, all without straightening tongs. She used Olaplex to protect my hair. Couldn’t be happier!
