Annie was so lovely and welcoming! My hair cut was great and Annie took the time to understand what I had in mind and also gave her professional opinion, which was much appreciated.

Carlo is a professional hairdresser. My hair feels great again, and the blonde balayage is very well done. I had a pleasant experience with him and with all the members of the team who were nice to watch because they gave me a positive vibe :) I would surely repeat the same experience! Only a little thing: I have missed the head massage!

Very pleased with my hair cut and dry with Annie. She did a great job of styling it.

I was quite disappointed. The layers aren't nearly short enough. Very different from photo I showed. Was really looking forward to this appointment too.

Would give 0 but it’s not an option. I told the hairdresser what I wanted showed him 3 reference pictures which he completely ignored. I asked for layers which I do not have. I wanted curtain bangs which I’ve been getting for the past 5 years but unfortunately he refused to do them as he said it would be too short even though I asked for them to sit just by my eyebrows. The haircut was not the only bad thing I experienced here. The guy also punched me in the face (obviously an accident) but took too long to apologise. He ripped my earrings out and told me my hair was dead. He also told me my hair was too soft and said it in a negative way. I’m very confused by the whole experience. He didn’t have a lot of care doing the hair cut andwas pulling my hair lot more than necessary. I’ve also left with essentially a wash and blow dry which I could have done myself. I did not feel heard at all and when I tried to correct him he wouldn’t listen. I would appreciate a full refund.

I was quite nervous to attend for my haircut appointment due to unpleasant experience in other salon. It’s 1st time when i booked to have a haircut at Soho, i had a consultation prior my haircut with Sofia Svecla, she gave me the best advice on haircut, she was honest and took her time to listening and took in consideration my concerns and preferences on hair type: i have thin and long hair; She was very gentle, she ensured at the end i am happy and the haircut is done well, i appreciated she was comunicative , kind, polite, and smiling she knows how to treat well a client, ensure they don’t get up from chair unless they are happy with the results.. Fallowing this haircut i will return, and i wold like to be seen by Sofia Svecla. ️️️️️

Excellent quick appointment for a blow dry with Laura. It was on time and she did exactly as I'd asked to give my bob hairstyle a neat swingy look for a family wedding the next day. Very pleased and we had a nice chat too!

Victoria was great. There was a little misunderstanding of how much white hair I wanted to remain, but it's not serious. The low lights look very beautiful. Possibly I didn't explain well that I wanted fewer low lights. Next time I will. I am please with the results

Thank you to Selime for giving me the best Balayage to date. She made sure we agreed on the colour beforehand, and was really helpful in showing me pictures of similar shades to my own hair so I could pick the right one for me. LOVE my new hair and will definitely be back. Thank you :)
