Kelvin was amazing. I totally recommend. As my first experience I came out of the salon getting the colour exactly how I envisaged it! Kelvin was amazing from start to finish, he was patient and understanding and spent time making sure what I wanted was achievable he really listened and understood which can be quite rare either in my experience they want to do their style on you or give you something that under delivers your expectations because we talked what I wanted was aligned with what Kelvin understood I wanted, it turned out really well he nailed it! I wanted to create a seamless blend with my existing ends to balance my whole hair. We spent time talking about the tone that would suit my face and skin tone. The balayage is perfect. He is a top person to go to because he understands colour very well and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does you will be in safe hands, he is great! He also gave me good advice on how to care & maintain my hair after leaving the salon. I have also bought products from the FUL range with the scalp massage that came with it online. We called this the ‘Teddybear ’Balayage!

Federico is my go to person when I getting my hair cut, he is a very professional, cool, and extremely accommodating stylist.

Ying is a great stylist/hairdresser. I didn’t have a clue what to do with my long locks but she suggested a style and executed it well. I’m really happy with the result. Highly recommended!

Stylist listened and catered exactly to my needs. Salon was an inviting environment I will definitely be booking for future cuts and colouring!

I explained over the phone what I wanted for my daughter and was given a price. My usual stylist is away and I was offered another but wasn’t told that it would be a different price-£36 over the price given over the phone. £76 for a child’s wash cut and blow dry is a bit much. My daughter was more than happy with the end result but I think I will have to look elsewhere as that price is a lot for a 13 year old.

My experience was nice as my stylist is kind and respectful. However my hair is flat just 3 hours after my visit when I asked for a curly hairstyle.

I had the most amazing experience with Marusha, she was so lovely and welcoming (didn’t stop laughing from the minute I entered the salon). The blow dry she did for me was fab. I would highly recommend Marusha and Live True to anyone. I will definitely be back :)
