Always an amazing experience from the professionalism of every staff member and the high quality of expertise! It is always such a pleasure to visit.

I am always greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door by the reception staff. The salon is always immaculate and there is a welcoming feeling as soon as I enter. The staff are always polite and friendly. Drinks and magazines are always offered. Terri has done my hair for about 20 years and has always been excellent. She is friendly and chatty but also the consummate professional. I trust her implicitly. I feel we are very lucky having Mark Leeson in Mansfield.

Lauren was prepared for the treatment when I arrived, so I was quickly into the treatment room. Lots of smiles from all staff and my hairstylist greeted me too. Reception is always a joy, and no query is too much for them. All in all lovely, relaxed experience where I feel welcome and valued.

Shaun and the team always make me feel welcome on my visits. Shaun is the best hairdresser ever ( don’t tell him though) . I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jonathan and Louise are a bonus to the salon. I’m always greeted with a smile.

I like the experience at Mark Leeson. There is a very good atmoshpere, all the staff are pleasant and helpful and you have decent coffee. What's not to like!
