Elegantly located in Cheltenham town centre, Martin & Phelps hair and beauty salon is Cheltenham's longest established hairdressers having been opened in 1924 by Ralph Martin and Libby Phelps. Styling, cutting, and colouring hair from the same superbly designed Regency building this successful family business draws on a wealth of experience and expertise in all areas of hair and beauty and thrives on understanding what clients require, delivering this with a smile.

With an excellent reputation for both ladies' and mens' hairdressing, we also offer a comprehensive range of beauty treatments from our spacious beauty salon making this a real destination salon. We also specialise in weddings and special event styling.

I visited the salon for the second time to have my nails done for me and my bridesmaids in early May. Helen was brilliant in getting us all booked in and checked with the owner to see if we could bring a bottle of Prosecco make it a bit more special. This was no problem at all and we had a wonderful few hours with the salon girls getting pampered with some fizz. The staff are all wonderful and I would highly recommend. Will be back next time I need gel nails.
