I visited the salon last Saturday to have hair extensions, I had suffered hair breakage due to menopause and was not feeling great about myself, however Mel made me feel very comfortable and has worked wonders. I’m finding them easy to look after and they are exactly what I needed, I would recommend this service to anyone considering it. You will be in safe hands!

Saw Honor on Friday for a cut/restyle and she was an absolute star. Did exactly what I asked for based on reference photos and adapted and helped style it based on what worked for me and my hair. Super friendly, couldn’t recommend more!

Fab cut and blow-dry and fabriq intense boost treatment by Nicole everything was just perfect can\'t fault anything. I would absolutely recommend her a job well done x

I’ve just got home from one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Evie was professional, friendly and amazing from start to finish. The facial was so relaxing and calming and I was made very comfortable. I highly recommend booking a facial with Evie and I will defiantly be back for another facial soon.

I phoned up for a few questions i had and the lady on the phone, izzy, was very helpful at answering anything for me. she was very kind and patient. im looking forward to my appointment!

Fran has been doing my hair for a couple of years now. She is just amazing. So skilled. Listens to my suggestions and offers alternatives . ( she’s always right!). And she’s really friendly too. She’s a credit to the salon.

I\'ve been going to Evie for lash extensions for a year now, not once unhappy with my experience. My lashes last so long and look perfect every time. I highly recommend Evie, she ensures you\'re comfortable, happy and I always leave feeling more relaxed.

I had my first facial with Evie. A fire and ice facial which also included a neck and shoulders and scalp massage. I cannot say enough good things about Evie. She is simply amazing. Professional, friendly, very easy to talk to and just makes you feel incredible no matter what treatment you have. Myself and my daughter also have Evie wax and tint our brows. Melanie cuts our hair…we just will not go anywhere else now that we have found the best salon and beauticians in Peterborough. Thank you x

My first visit to the salon for a cut and blow dry with Honor. This is the first time in a very long time that I have come away from a hairdressers happy with my hair. Thank you Honor for listening to what I wanted and advising me on the best cut to suit my hair. I will most definitely be back x

Another lovely visit to see Sophie. Over the last few months she’s been an angel. I’ve had a wonderful Scrumptious foot treatment, nail pampering, most recently a fantastic facial. I wasn’t sure about the facial at first but 2 days later my skin felt great, was glowing and looked less wrinklly. Today I had my nails done ready for my weekend away and they look great. Also, thank you to Alice for the coffee!

What an absolute joy! Best hairdressers I have found since living in Peterborough. Nicole done a great job cutting my hair today, she listened to what I wanted and got it spot on (that in itself is amazing, as most I have visited, never get it right) I am really happy and will never go anywhere else!! Yet another lovely afternoon at Melanie Richards. Nicole took such great care with my hair and then a very relaxing manicure with Sophie. Before Melanie Richards I always felt uncomfortable and self conscious at the Hairdressers, now it is truly like going round to friends to get your hair done. So relaxing and therapeutic!
