She completely understood exactly what I wanted from the start and is clearly an expert in hairdressing — careful, attentive, and highly skilled. All the Staff were lovely and the Salon had a relaxed atmosphere which is appreciated by 'oldies'. Discussed how my hair needs to grow more to have the style I want. Coffee was lovely! Only thing I would mention is that that the shampooing seats are very hard when you are short and my neck suffered.
