Michelle Marshall Salon – Cardiff city centre

Molly and the whole team at the city centre salon made my experience 10/10. Everyone is so lovely and bubbly and they make you feel so welcome. I absolutely love my hair. The best salon I’ve ever been to :)

I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut off to donate to the little princess trust and had a complete re style with Molly at the Wyndham arcade - I am so pleased with my cut and colour Molly is a credit to your team X thank you so much x

I have been a loyal customer to Michelle Marshall salon in Rhiwbina for a long time but after today I will not be returning. I always get intimate waxing done with Sian and usually she is great. I rang about 2 weeks ahead to see what Sian wanted me to book as I wanted a full leg and bikini wax, and the intimate waxing I get is not on the website to book. Sian told me to book an Underarm wax as well as the Full leg and bikini, quoting me £78, which I was content with. After my wax was finished I went out to the reception to pay the rest of the charge as I had already paid a deposit of £61, and to my shock I was told a lot more than I was quoted. Without telling me ahead Sian had changed my booking to a Brazilian wax (which I did not get) and this brought the total to almost £113 which is really not affordable for me. At reception Michelle was on the desk ready to make me aware of the financial change, after telling me she stood up and brushed me off telling Sian to sort it out (me). I had no choice but to pay this, getting home I was so upset about the situation. My mum rang the salon with concern after I told her what had happened, the phone was passed to Michelle who was very rude on the phone, kept interrupting her and talking over her to the point my Mum had to point it out. Michelle also brushed my mum off and passed the phone to Sian whilst my mum was mid-sentence. Sian then explained to my Mum on the phone that they apparently charge by time, however, I have never been charged by time it has always been per service. I have also checked their website and their t&c’s and there is absolutely nothing that mentions paying for time. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning.

I had my appointment with Molly this morning. I was delighted with her skill and knowledge. To find someone who not only listens to what you would like but is willing to cut my hair short and colour that suit me.Thank you so much Molly see you in six weeks

Today I had the best hair consultation that I’ve ever had.I felt genuinely cared about ,not rushed and feel very confident in going back for my first colour and cut.

Everything was great. I love my haircut. Carly was great. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results. The upstairs was great for ladies who wear headscarves and Carly made sure I was comfortable with the arrangements. I will definitely be back.

I always enjoy my visit to the salon, everyone is friendly and it\'s a lovely atmosphere. I always leave happy with my hair and today was no different. Georgia is an absolutely wonderful stylist, I am super pleased with my cut and colour!

Knew exactly what I meant when explaining the style and added lots of shape and movement back in. Also loved the heated blanket and massage chair whilst having my hair washed! Great experience; really pleased with the results and I will be back! Thank you so much!

I\'ve been going to see Hannah for 6 months now and she is such a star. For the first time in forever, I have a hairstyle and colour that I love and I actually enjoy taking care of my hair! Hannah always listens and follows through with what I ask for, and gives superb aftercare advice. Everyone at the salon is so welcoming and warm and I always walk out feeling a million times better.

Went in for a dermalogica facial. Amazing experience! Megan was attentive and super gentle. She’s great! I highly recommend this place!

A really relaxing dermalogica facial. Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My skin is glowing and feels refreshed. They use high end products that were gentle on my skin.

Great , made my daughter feel at ease , really friendly, helpful ,comforting ,explained everything really clearly making sure my daughter was okay with everything ,really made to feel welcome and any questions asked were answered very knowledgeable, really great experience and my daughter loved her earings thank you

Had an hour facial booked in with Niamh. What a lovely experience! Left feeling rejuvenated and glowy. Niamh was fantastic, so friendly and made me feel relaxed. Niamh talked me through what type of products she would use for my skin type. Will definitely go back again! Highly recommend

I have a long history of back issues. Sian’s massages are brilliant and although I know I am frustrating because as fast as Sian fixes one thing, another appears, she does a fantastic job. I can’t recommend her highly enough xxx

My sister and I had facials today with Sian. It’s the first time I’ve had a facial and Sian made me feel very relaxed and ease. She was lovely! The facial was so nice and relaxing. Will definitely be having another and would highly recommend!!!

Friendly and helpful staff! I was bit nervous about getting my ears pierced (I’m a bit OCD about certain things) but the staff were so helpful! The gorgeous decor was a bonus too!
