Hi I would have given 5 stars but the appointment was quite late. As I’ve never had Ellie doing my hair I wasn’t sure but she was brilliant, done exactly what I asked for, even down to the blow dry, many people don’t, I would say it’s the best blow dry I’ve had in years styled exactly the way I wanted it, one inch taken off which is what I also asked for, cheers for that Ellie your a star. Absolutely not a single complaint. all of the staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home, there to help with anything. Michaela was incredible, talked me through all of the options i had and worked to get exactly what would suit me. had really bad postnatal hairloss for years and for the first time i can safely say i love my hair, honestly the confidence gained just because she spent the extra time getting it how i wanted is amazing. Wouldnt go to anyone else! :)
