Muse Hair & Beauty Salon, Worcestershire

On my first visit I had my hair highlights and cut and blow dry with one stylist and booked again with her for wight weeks time. When I arrived for my appointment although the original stylist was there they told me I was having my hair done by someone else. No explanation, no apologies. I have fro tal fibrosing alone Ian and find it hard going to a new hairdresser and had to explain this all again. The first hairdresser said if I wanted to go darker next visit to let her know. I did want slightly darker but the hairdresser I saw did not understand so I just had the same colour. This is not what I expect from any hairdressers, if you book with o e person that is who you see unless they are sick and then you are given the option of seeing someone e else or re booking. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Wonderful experience every time! All of the staff here go above & beyond to make you feel very special & welcome during your visit. .The atmosphere is friendly, inviting & all of the staff are up to date with the latest cuts/ trends which is brilliant. The actual salon is very clean & comfortable.The head massage with every wash is so relaxing ( I could literally nod off!) During my visit I was given tips and different products were recommended to me which was very helpful. I always come out with my 'dream hair'! The lovely owners Jon & Martin are very committed to giving a five star service. You won't be disappointed! Definitely the place to come in Broadway!

It was my first visit to Muse & Ian did a brilliant job! I’m really pleased with the way my Bob was cut & styled & will be going back to him! The Bob is once again Bobbing He was also so polite & friendly & I always love to have a dog or two running about! Thank you so much - see you in 6 or 8 weeks ☺️ Lorna

Ian did an amazing balayage on my super dark hair, along with a perfectly refreshed, soft layered cut, just in time for my wedding. The blend and finished colour was just what I was looking for and his precision and expertise put me at ease straight away. He is so lovely and professional. The attention to detail and general service from everyone at Muse was great, they’ll always make sure you feel looked after!

First time at the salon today and really pleased. Ellie seemed to work out exactly what I wanted...when I wasn't even sure I knew. Really love natural blonder highlights and she took her time to give me the perfect cut. A dramatic change for me and I am glad I trusted Ellie to take the plunge!

My first time visiting Muse. I had a friendly welcome from the team. Sophy made me feel at ease straight away, really knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. We spoke about what I should do with my hair colour in the future to hide my dreadful greys. I’m really happy with my C/B today and will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed having my hair cut by Nikki today. She was very attentive to what I was asking for, explained everything she was going to do really well and gave great tips for easy blowdrying and styling my new cut. Friendly and professional service all round, as always.
