I booked a 45 minute physio assessment following concerns with hip mobility and pain. Micheal was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem. He created an exercise plan tailored to my needs and gave me confidence that I will be able to reach my goals.

I had a one-hour postnatal full body massage, which was a gift from work for my maternity leave, and it was such a lovely experience. I’d never had a massage before, but Jasmine explained everything clearly with easy, straightforward instructions, which made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. The massage itself was amazing and exactly what I needed postnatally. I left feeling so relaxed and well looked after. I would 100% recommend 10/10!

Had an absolutely lovely Indian head massage and facial from Chelsea. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout, and left feeling really refreshed. She focused on using the right products on my (difficult!!) sensitive skin and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I would really recommend!!
