I visited for a deep tissue massage with Jasmine. Jasmine talked me through the process and was informative regarding what was helpful with my health conditions. Jasmine gave a great massage, talking with me to work through different pressures on my body. I would definitely recommend going here for a massage. Even though it was my first time through the doors I felt welcomed and very comfortable.

Chelsea was excellent! Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome personalised sports massage

I booked a sports massage with Michael the physiotherapist and I was really pleased with the whole experience. He really listened when I was outlining the issues I was having as well my past injury history - always so friendly and understanding. He was responsive during the massage and let me know what he was doing and what was coming next. He gave me some exercises to do in the meantime to help me with my injury. I will definitely be making another appointment as I had so much more mobility afterwards and even today after doing the exercises he suggested. Thanks so much, Michael! :)

I had a Physio therapy for my neck pain. It was great experience, Michael was able to clearly understand my problem and give right instructions, exercises and calm talk. it had a good relief from the pain and continuing general exercise's .

Today (25/02/26) I had a great experience getting an amazing massage and basic facial from, Jasmine. She totally helped me remove my pains and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to feel like walking on the clouds. I didn’t want it to end, I’ll definitely be returning. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could; this small business works really hard and they are a dedicated team, and I always believe they are there for the people who they see. Chloe was amazing. I booked a create-your-own package with a facial, head massage, and full body aromatherapy massage and it was so relaxing. She noticed areas where I was holding tension and spent extra time working on them, which made such a difference. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend booking with her!
