My 2nd booking here - I opted for Back, neck & scalp massage. I wanted to treat myself to 45minutes of complete relaxation. That is exactly what I received from Ellie. It's such a calming experience from walking in the door to walking out again. Unbelievably, despite this salon being within a metro station, I never heard any metro trains. The room was quiet except for the soft music playing. I have already booked my next treatment and recommend this salon if you want some relaxing "me" time.

Had 2 maternity 90 ultimate head to toe massages with Jasmine. One with 30 minute reflexology and one with a facial both were amazing. I highly recommend. Once I am 10 weeks post party I will definitely be booking the postpartum massage with jasmine to help recovery. Highly recommend.

First time having lymphatic drainage massage face and body. Chloe fully explained what was involved, even though I had issue with swollen gland, she checked with senior therapist and looked at how to proceed without touching that area. After full explanation and checked I was happy to proceed. The experience was so relaxing, especially the facial, even with the gurgling of my stomach (showing it working). Fully recommend.

Amazing Relaxing proffessional. My very first experience from lovely lady named Jasmine. I had Indian Head Massage which will take yiu to a different relaxing experience. Second Reflexology OMG. I cant bear havinv my feet touched but this lady so gentle it was hard not to fall asleep. Can Definetly and Encourage anyone to book one or two etc of these experiences they have on offer. Worth every penny . Will definetly be booking more therapies.

I had a full body aromatherapy massage with Chelsea at Naturally Heaven and it was a wonderful experience. Chelsea was so warm, welcoming and professional, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me really helpful advice about the best treatments for my lymphoedema rather than just focusing on the massage itself. I really appreciated her knowledge and honest recommendations. I left feeling much more relaxed and confident about the next steps, and I’ve already booked another appointment. I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable therapist who genuinely wants the best for her clients.

I had my first reflexology treatment with Joanne today and I can’t recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel relaxed, comfortable and completely at ease. I live with fibromyalgia and have constant burning and aching in my feet. For the first time in a long time, after my treatment today, my feet aren’t burning or aching. It was such a relief. Joanne is warm, kind, professional and genuinely cares about her clients. The treatment room is calm and welcoming, and I left feeling relaxed both physically and mentally. Thank you, Joanne. Absolutely recommend this little place hidden away inside Four Lane Ends Metro. This is my 4th time here for a Back, Neck and Shoulder massage. I’ve had a lot tension built up in my shoulders from being at a computer and looking after my 18th old. Jasmine applied, medium to firm pressure and I came out feeling very relaxed, thank you ☺️

I had came to the salon for a 60 minute full body pregnancy massage and 30 minute facial. Jasmine was amazing! She asked lots of questions to make sure I got the best out of my massage. She added reflexology to my massage as I had told her about the pain I’ve been experiencing. She was lovely and I have booked back in for another treatment with her
