Went in with my hair an absolute mess, hadn't had it dyed for years or cut in a long time and Sam and the team completely transformed it, I can't thank them all enough! 5 stars! Booked a last min our appointment for a cut and blow-dry with Jade. Not the biggest fan of having my hair cut and haven’t been to a salon in a while. Will definitely be coming back. Brilliant service, lovely staff and a great experience

Highly Recommend! First time in this salon. Both myself and 10yr old daughter booked in for cut and blow dry. Managed to fit us in last minute. Lovely salon, with a relaxed and friendly feel and lovely staff. Excellent customer service, and appointments were bang on time. I’m always a bit dubious about going to a new salon, but my experience here was brilliant! Came out with a wonderful new haircut and very happy- along with my daughter. Will definitely be back and recommend! Thank you!

Had my hair coloured and cut by Jess today and I just wanted to say what a great experience it was. She's only 19 and her attitude beats hairdressers I've experienced who have been doing the job for years. She was very attentive, friendly and thorough; she made sure I was totally happy with everything before I left. I work in retail and don't normally leave feedback but today I felt I had to as she so deserves it. Huge thumbs up, she is an asset to your salon, I will be recommending her to all my friends.

I’ve been coming to this place for my hair to be done by any of the stylist that work in either of the salons (Brackla&broadlands) for over 12 years and they are all fab! Best experience of having hair done ever! I’ve been to most places in Bridgend area and they have not done my hair how I’ve wanted it. But this place can do all sort to my hair that I love! I really do recommend this salon, brackla and broadlands for anyone! I’m always offered a cup of tea, coffee or even a cold drink which involves sparkling water with elderflower which is amaze. Thanks for the good experience Navidi hair company.. shall see me soon.
