I visited the salon today for the first time and had such a positive experience that I had to share!! I don’t get my hair cut often as honestly, it’s never been an experience I’ve particularly enjoyed, but Scott has single-handedly changed my opinion! He is one of the warmest, most approachable people and clearly incredibly skilled at what he does. We chatted through my hair, the products I use, what I wanted from the cut and, importantly for me, my limited mobility. I explained that I can struggle to regularly style my hair, so I needed something that would be easy to maintain and work whether I wear it curly or straight. He completely understood what I needed. The salon itself is right up my street such a lovely, calm atmosphere despite being smack bang in central London! Scott talked me through the products and treatments he was using, gave me loads of helpful tips for styling at home and left me with the most gorgeoussss cut. He gave me a beautiful blow dry and then added tousled waves so I could see how versatile the cut was. I loved it both ways and I couldn’t recommend him enough!

I had the best experience with Scott! From the moment I sat in the chair, his friendly, respectful attitude put me completely at ease. He worked with such a gentle touch throughout the entire process, paying close attention to every detail. Bleaching can be nerve-wracking, but my hair came out vibrant, healthy, and damage-free. The results are truly amazing—I couldn't be happier and highly recommend him!

I’ve just had my hair done at Patrizia Manias in Covent Garden and couldn’t be happier. The salon has such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere, but the real star for me is Scott. He’s not just an exceptional Senior Stylist, he’s genuinely warm, personable and passionate about what he does. He pays incredible attention to every detail and always thinks about how your colour will grow out and look beautiful for weeks to come. I always leave feeling confident, looked after and absolutely delighted with my hair. Thank you, Scott – I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Fantastic service from Gianni! He was very warm and approachable and communicates the techniques he will use clearly and why which gave me a good understanding of what is happening. He considers not just what you want but what looks best on you and the outcome felt like a collaborative effort. I love how incredibly meticulous and patient he was with the entire process, not taking any short cuts. Brilliant work ethics with a strong sense of genuine care for his work despite his many years of experience. Grazie mille Gianni!

He listens to exactly what you want and will help you achieve your goal without sacrificing the health of your hair which he cares a great deal about. He is also very transparent with the best way to achieve your hair goals and his work is always of a very high standard. Great salon, highly recommend!

Just found my new hair salon and stylist in London :) ambiance was great; both the receptionist and Francesca were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Francesca was so sweet and I absolutely love how she cut and styled my hair. It’s perfection! I’m obsessed with the body and bounce she’s given my hair!
