I honestly couldn’t recommend this salon enough, I went to sarah after dying my bleach blonde hair really dark brown at home (immediately regretted it) I thought i had ruined my hair and wouldn’t be able to go back blonde, she has definitely worked her magic on my hair and managed to get me back to a really pretty shade of blonde while keeping my hair healthy in just two sessions and i couldn’t be more grateful Sarah is so reassuring and amazing at what she does, and I’m so happy I found her!

I am new to Harrogate and wanted to try a new hairstylist. Amy was fab. Listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. I'd definitely recommend Amy.

Sarah is such a fantastic stylist ,elegant, friendly and always cuts my hair to such a high standard people often comment after I have had my hair cut at the salon, not usual for a men’s haircut , would highly recommend.

Olivia did an excellent job at cutting and styling my hair! She was really friendly and offered great service. I would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning!

Olivia was amazing at listening to my preferences but also adding her expertise. As someone who struggles to find a good hairdressers who can deal with my thick curly hair Olivia was very helpful and not only recommending the best haircut but also how to take care of my natural hair. Highly recommend the best salon I’ve been to in a while!

Excellent experience. Lovely and welcoming salon. I was very relaxed in the salon, it was very professional. Really pleased with my colour, cut and the whole experience. I was new to the salon and going on holiday the next day so was slightly apprehensive, having not been there before. Lois listened to me and put me at ease. I had noted high reviews of the salon from previous customers online, so was fairly reassured before my appointment. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The coffee was good and lovely to be offered throughout the appointment, it was really appreciated.

Excellent service and a great colour and cut

I absolutely hate getting my hair done! Well, that might have got your attention... :) I haven't been for a hair cut in over two years... as I've had quite a few bad experiences in the past. *In fairness I do have very thick and naturally curly/fizzy hair... but I always explain this over the phone before booking any hair appointment* I found this place online, I noticed that they offer a new client discount also, which was a big bonus. I phoned on a whim and nothing was too much trouble. I got booked in for a free consultation and a patch test... the very same day!... (The other place's that I've been to previously, didn't offer a consultation... which now makes so much sense... as the hairdresser can get a real feel for your hair... to see what will and won't work on your hair) I was met with a lovely hairdresser called Sarah. I showed her my hair and I said "I'm really going to go on trust here... I'd like a balayage colouring, I don't want high maintenance hair, I'd like for it to look fairly natural and to blend in with my greys. Please cut off as much as you think needs cutting off." I was booked in super fast, I returned after 2 day's for my hair appointment. Again, nothing was too much trouble... you're really made to feel right at home... The team that I met, were all very lovely and kind. The coffees were on point! I struggle with anxiety and ADHD. I usually hate the entire experience at a salon... as it really takes alot for me to pluck up the courage... and venture in to a new place like this. These worries and concerns, quickly evaporated as you just know that you're in very capable and understanding hands. Sarah really listened to what I wanted... (even though I was very vague and pretty clueless.) She just nailed it! :) She could just see what would work and just did it. Which takes alot of skill. I couldn't recommend Sarah and this hair salon enough! Thank you soo much.

Cindy did such an amazing job with my colour and cut, and she did it effortlessly. She has real expertise and that is so hard to find.
